Job Description:
Infrastructure
Infrastructure covers activities related to enabling functions that drive business results. Core roles include communications, compliance, corporate and business administration, finance, human resources, legal, marketing, operations, risk management.
Strategic Planning & Corporate Development
The Strategic Planning & Corporate Development function is responsible for developing and implementing the firm wide business strategy. Includes development and review of growth and diversification, and financial business plans (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures). Aligns objectives with human capital and financial resources.
Business Ops Improvement
The Business Operations Improvement area is responsible for identifying and evaluating operational inefficiencies within the firm. Redesigns existing business processes, improving their effectiveness, enhances the workflows involved, and optimizes performance.
Business Intelligence
The Business Intelligence focus specializes in data architecture for reporting services, and designing expertise in data warehouses, data marts, and business intelligence (BI) enterprise reporting. Identifies ways to increase the use of BI within the firm, designing end-to-end BI solutions that provide insights and information for key decision-makers.
Detailed Description
Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
