Key Responsibilities:
- Chair the Technical Community to identify divisional technical needs, contribute to technical strategy, and ensure alignment with technical foundations.
- Lead technical studies for critical projects, contributing to the technology strategy and architecture of Capital Markets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, technical architecture, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
- Support Technical Leaders in their activities, including leading technology working groups and ensuring continuous technical learning within the Technical Community.
Qualifications and Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, with expertise in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and software engineering, preferably in banking and financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical design from inception to proof of concept.
- Proficiency in programming including Python, Java, Rust, and Go, with knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in platform/product definition, operating model, and change management.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and tooling.
Good to Have:
- Understanding of trade life cycle and financial products (Treasury, FX, Bonds, Credit, IRD).
- Exposure to Capital Market FO/BO systems.
- Ability to navigate internal relationships within a large corporate and engage key stakeholders effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in software development life cycle.
- Autonomy to include implicit deliverables based on best practices.
- Interest in participating in technical market trends and communities.
