The Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities are as follows:
· General administrative duties
· Mails collection and distribution
· Checking and updating of attendance records
· Checking and updating of foreign workers addresses
· Training administration
· Assist with work passes application and renewal
· Preparing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
· Covering of receptionist duty
· Filling (including scanning and e-Filling)
· Liaising and coordinating with Workers/ Supervisor and/ or other relevant party on foreign workers related matters
· Assist with swab test arrangement and coordination
· Other duties as assigned by the Departmental Manager
