As a member of technical staff (MTS) in the Electrical Failure Analysis team,
responsibilities include:
- To support product level electrical failure analysis using dynamic based techniques and follow up with Fab on process improvement plan based on FA finding.
- Leading Senior Engineers, Engineers to support fab excursion, reliability issues, TD new tech/device diagnostic capability enablement.
- Creating and managing DOE experiments and ensuring project schedule is met, delivering external report to Fab stakeholders and follow-up to closure with root cause found.
- Responsible for DFI readiness activity planning for new device DFI enablement.
- Provide FA technical advises, technical consultancy of DFI to customer and Fabs in resolving yield issues.
- Owner and expert in tester based electrical fault isolation approaches such as SDL/LADA/EeLADA/FM/LTP.
- New debug methodology development, CIP planning and publication
Requirements
- PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant degrees or bachelor with more than 5 relevant years experience
- Familiar with Electrical parameters, IC testing, Fault diagnosis/Failure analysis techniques.
- Semiconductor processing knowledge/experience/understanding are preferred.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a cross functional team environment.
