SALES AND OPERATION MANAGER #SGUP

1. Role Description:

The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, managing the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day dealership operations.


2. Specific Responsibilities:

1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the motor vehicles offered for sale, including their specifications, features, performance capabilities, and pricing.

2. Develop strong sales skills and customer service abilities to effectively engage with potential buyers, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process. Learn how to identify customer preferences, address objections, and close deals in a professional and persuasive manner.

3. Understand the principles of inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels of motor vehicles on the sales floor. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to replenish inventory as needed, manage vehicle allocations, and implement strategies to minimize overstock or shortages.

4. Familiarize with the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including vehicle inspections, test drives, financing options, and paperwork processing. Learn how to streamline operational processes, optimize workflow efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Develop leadership skills to effectively manage a team of sales representatives, administrative staff, and other personnel. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

6. Gain knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional tactics to attract potential customers and drive sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop advertising campaigns, organize special events and leverage digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
