Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with doctors and aesthetic clinicians to offer professional consultations in skin, body, and hair care.
- Develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans that incorporate both clinic treatments and product solutions.
- Advocate the clinic's range of services and products in a manner that educates the customer.
- Offer high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
- Participate in both internal and external training programs.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have a minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Levels and 1-2 years of proven sales experience in consumer, lifestyle, wellness, and healthcare sectors. A Paramedical diploma is also acceptable.
- Prior experience in mid-luxury to luxury day spas or aesthetic clinics will be considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.
- A responsible team player with a passion for the field.
- A commitment to continuous learning for professional excellence in aesthetics.
