Title: Finance Executive
Location: Ubi, Singapore
Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Join our client an IT Solutions company dynamic team as a Finance Executive where you will assist the Finance Director/Manager in managing the day-to-day financial operations of our company. This is a pivotal role that supports our financial health and ensures accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the company’s budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Help in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and create reports for management, stakeholders, and external entities.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full-spectrum accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
