Responsibilities
• Work closely with stakeholders for the collation and tracking of PSA’s workforce for budgeting, forecasting and strategizing.
• Assist to prepare workforce-related management reports that are required monthly or quarterly.
• Support the team in the development, deployment and maintenance of dashboards on Power BI that will assist in manpower planning and forecasting.
• Provide administrative support, including liaising with stakeholders and statutory bodies, for workforce transition schemes and grants.
• Other ad-hoc assignments and process improvement projects as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline, relevant HR knowledge is a plus
• Able to work independently and is able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong planning, organisation and analytical skills
• Highly conscientious, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data driven in decision-making and comfortable working with data. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possesses a high level of integrity and maturity to manage confidential information.
