Responsibilities
- Work together with the Sales and Marketing team to promote and sell company’s products such as diabetes, cholesterol and glucose test kits to healthcare facilities including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and laboratories.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and prepare inspiring proposal and presentation to effectively highlight product features, benefits and value proposition to clients.
- Initiate sales processes by prospecting, scheduling appointment, developing proposal, conducting presentation and closing sales.
- Provide good customer service; address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on market trends, especially on competitors’ sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in exhibitions, road shows and marketing events.
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma
- Strong co-ordination, follow-up and time management
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Good networking with local healthcare institutions desirable.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, determined and results driven.
- Approachable and dynamic personality
- Good persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills
