Responsibilities:
- Provision of patient centred radiation oncology cancer care to the patients and their families, ensuring an empathetic approach to patients needs are met in a timely manner.
- Monitor and treat patients for illness, lymphoedema or other side effects.
- Maintain standards by ensuring best practice protocols and clinical guidelines are implemented and followed.
- Contribute expert advice and demonstrate contemporary nursing knowledge and skill in oncology nursing practice in accordance with current legislation and professional standards and codes of practice
- Support the Nurse Manager in the day to day operations
- Support implementation of new systems, therapies and clinical trials.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Specialized in Oncology Nursing
