SENIOR HR

Sperwin Design Private Limited

  • He/She will be responsible for the full spectrum of the HR portfolio, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems, and other HR activities, and contributing to the growth of our dynamic organization.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle process not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and off-boarding.
  • Handle MOM-related matters including work passes applications, surveys submissions, etc.
  • Responsible for payroll administration, analysing compensation surveys, and obtaining all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
  • Timely and accurate submission of payroll bank transfers, CPF submissions, and IR8A submissions.
  • Submission of payroll-related claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave and tax clearances.
  • Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support the recruitment team in working closely with the Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates.
  • Gather and identify employees’ concerns, including the handling of disciplinary inquiries and escalation of grievances to management.
  • Advise employees on HR internal processes, policies & legal regulations, and personnel issues including C&B and policy explanation, and letter preparation.
  • Involvement in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and local regulations.
  • Handle annual appraisal exercises, salary reviews, and wage supplement computation and payouts. Other ad-hoc matters.


Job Requirement:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • A self-motivated, self-driven, independent, studious, and a good team player.
  • Candidates with recruitment experience in F&B/Retail and Info-tech system knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
  • Able to work in a fast – paced environment
