Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored support. Leading negotiations for major projects and contributing insights from market research, you'll drive the development of new business sectors.



Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily communication with sports teams/agencies to understand their needs and challenges, providing necessary support.
  2. Continuously identify new customer needs through effective communication and timely market research, providing insights for the company to develop new sectors based on current market trends.
  3. Lead business negotiations for major projects, ensuring that contract terms are reviewed thoroughly and the interests of both parties are safeguarded.
  4. Oversee post-service management of clients, ensuring timely completion of procurement, shooting, renewal, and payment processes.



Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, international trade, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business negotiation, preferably in sports business.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanour, and familiarity with business etiquette.
  4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese preferred for effective communication with Chinese counterparts.
  5. Goal-oriented with excellent execution ability, self-motivated, and innovative.
  6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders to increase project success rates.
  7. Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, capable of identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
  8. Familiarity with sports competitions, basketball/football teams, and prominent athletes.
