Accounting & Business Administration | 100%
As the accounting and business administration lead, you will be responsible for all related accounting matters and support the various business needs of Blueyou Asia with additional controlling and reporting between Blueyou Asia and head office, Blueyou Switzerland. The position is currently 100% home office.
Your Task
- Checking, account assignment and posting of current vendors and debtors, including account reminders.
- Invoicing for customers in Singapore and the surrounding Asia Pacific region
- Banking: incoming and outgoing payments, cash management
- Cost controlling and financial reporting for Blueyou Asia
- Monitoring and reporting of weekly sales
- Controlling and accounting of cold stores
- Support monthly reporting and KPIs (sales, gross revenues, OPEX, budget controlling)
- Posting and controlling of expenses and credit card transactions
- Personel Administration
- Business Administration and Business sales Support (order processing, periodic weekend service)
- Management and support of customer orders, shipping documents, cold store withdrawals and logistics
Who are You?
You are an environmentally driven, open-minded personality with a strong motivation for jumping aboard Blueyou’s mission for serving the ocean. You will require an elevated level of personal responsibility to be self-motivated with a professional commercial personality. You have solid accounting and business administration experience with at least three years of professional exposure. Excellent English skills, Chinese written and spoken is a bonus. A strong understanding of MS Office Excel and Outlook and experience working with Xero accounting software prefered.
