1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Liaise with client and reply for inquiry
· Prepare quotation to the client
· Prepare invoice billing to the client
· Make monthly sales summary and update projects sales records
· Prepare documents including progress report and service report
· Assist to summarize company’s clients and relevant parties
· To record all incoming invoices into the system
· To prepare job cost report
2. REQUIREMENT
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level in any field.
· Good organisation and communication skills.
