My client, an IT consulting firm is looking for 2x headcounts - System Engineer 1x , Application Consultant 1x for one of their esteemed client.
Role
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with customers to uncover and define use cases within their existing IT and business setups, focusing on streamlining processes and exploring opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- End-to-End Solution Delivery: Take ownership of Enterprise Solution Projects from inception to completion, encompassing consultation, solution design, development, rigorous testing, smooth deployment, and ongoing support.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address problems promptly, offering effective solutions to mitigate any arising challenges and ensure seamless operations.
- Innovative Solution Development: Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge services and solutions that cater to evolving customer needs, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support and guidance to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to success.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in identifying novel opportunities to expand solution capabilities, pushing the boundaries of innovation to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field in IT.
Experience:
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience working in various capacities such as Application Consultant, System Engineer, or Developer across multiple projects.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Solutions, including Workflow, App Development, RPA, Power Platform, Cloud technologies, and Project Management.
Knowledge:
- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, and reporting.
Aptitude / Key Working Relationship:
- Proactive mindset with a strong inclination towards exploring and mastering Enterprise Solutions, Software, and Technology.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent planning, organization, and task structuring abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within team environments.
