What You’ll Do
• Produce full range of pastries and desserts using recipe specifications;
• Monitor, check, and receive ingredient stock;
• Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items;
• Ensure consistent food standards in a fast-paced environment; and
• Ensure kitchen is kept clean and exceeds food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in high volume pastry and dessert setting
• Must have pastry and dessert baking knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
