Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead daily store operations
- Inspect and ensure all goods are in proper condition and correct order/ specification prior to receiving
- To update Incoming & Outgoing shipment record into system on timely manner
- Maintains proper & accurate records and filing of all documents and transactions ( Incoming and Outgoing shipment)
- Responsible for proper storage of materials with label or tag
- Labelling of items/goods for Incoming or Outgoing shipment
- Perform stock take check, count and validate Part No & its qty on monthly basis
- Responsible for daily pick, pack and ship to Customer when required
- To ship as scheduled date as committed by Customer Service
- Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency with daily housing is mandatory
- Perform and assist on any other work when assigned
- Updating of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports
Job Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Store
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Office & ERP System
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Must be detailed and meticulous
- Must be a team player & able to multi-task
