JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible for sales related coordination, document filing and other administrative functions.
· Handle day to day sales enquiries (phone/email/fax) and support sales personnel
· Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales team
· Process and maintain sales related documents including Invoicing
· Coordinate delivery of orders from warehouse to customers (prepare delivery orders)
· Liaison with warehouse and external contact on stocks availability
· Process, monitor and update customers’ order and delivery status
· Upkeep and maintain proper filing system
Requirements:
· Must possess minimum ITE Nitec or equivalent
· Possess Minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience in sales administrative support
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
· Knowledge of Autocount Accounting will be an advantage
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a well-organized manner
· Able to handle Mandarin/Tamil Speaking Customers
· Able to start work immediately
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday)
Working Place: Geylang Bahru
