Key responsibilities will include, however not limited, to the following:
• Attend to all spare parts enquiries via phone, walk in or email;
• Advise workshop and customers of suitable spare parts;
• Check databases and industry catalogues to source the required spare parts;
• Ensuring the correct identification and issuance of parts/components;
• Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and other documentation;
• Managing of order loading to factory, receiving of goods and performing GRN.
• Handling of parts claims submission to factory;
• Carry out good housekeeping;
• Participate in stocktaking and update computer data;
• Generate monthly inventory, sales and purchases reports;
• Prepare monthly KPI report to factory.
• Able to source online for accessories.
Requirements:
• Able to communicate and work with all levels;
• Able to work independently;
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service with good attention to details;
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel;
• Able to communicate and work with all levels.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and previous experience with automotive spare parts much preferred; and
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
