- Oversee the event, maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise event staff, assigning tasks efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive efficiency and optimize workflow to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Work experience as Event Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse guests and employees within the restaurant.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Be available to work on weekends and holidays.
