Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for both local and foreign employee i.e. onboarding and off-boarding of employees, attendance and leave management, etc
- Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports
- Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation, including arrange for repatriation of workers
- Maintaining of personnel records and ensure recordings are up-to-date
- Management of employee benefits and other internal programmes
- Liaise with government authority, i.e. MOM, IRAS, BCA, etc
- Any ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned
- Hybrid work arrangement i.e. work from home is in place for this role
Requirements
- Min O Level/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Operations. Experience in Construction sector would be an added advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior post
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- People oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office application
- Well versed with HR trends
- Experienced in using HR system
