- Develop, execute sales plans and coordinate sales efforts to achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and networking
- Identify, understand and define customers’ needs, objectives and business requirements to recommend solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent business growth.
- Achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth and profitability
- Drive the sales negotiation process, ensuring diligent follow-up and actively managing the
- process until successful closure.
- Work closely with the sales support team to maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
job requirement
- Degree/diploma in Engineering/Business
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience/internship in sales/business development
- Candidates with limited/no experience will have opportunities to be trained
- Willing to work in the west
