- Proficiency in technical drawing software, such as Autocad, Revit & SketchUp.
- Ability to develop and present architectural drawings and presentations.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on work.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Responsible for technical drawings, assisting in architectural designs, developing and presenting architectural drawings and communication with Clients and Contractors to ensure project success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
