- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare accounting schedules for audit purpose etc
- Responsible for invoicing and accounting function
- Perform bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedule
- Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections;
- Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely;
- Process staff claims and petty cash
- Preparation of GST Submission
- Staff Salary
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
