You will assist to oversee frontline operations of the specialist outpatient clinics (SOC). You are required to lead and guide a team in providing patient services, be the point of contact for other informatic teams (e.g., medical, nursing, allied health, etc.) to work out system interface requirements and implementation of SOC projects. You will coordinate training activities and collaborate with other departments and institutions relating to SOC projects and conduct quality assurance checks of data.
You will manage, plan and evaluate budgets and purchases of IT assets in the SOC. You are also required to analyse data, as well as plan and allocate resources to optimise the delivery of healthcare services. Lastly, you will prepare statistics for fact-based benchmarking and process mapping for management reporting.
Requirements
- Recognised degree with at least 2 years’ working experience in healthcare
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, with analytical ability to manage complex issues and process information with detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively, individually and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Work and Powerpoint is a must
