Responsibilities
- Manage the internal and external communications activities of the Church.
- Serve as communications counsel to the various ministries as they seek to effectively reach and communicate with various communities.
- Oversee & grow the Church's communication platforms including church website, social media, broadcast channels, etc.
- Manage all communications content that support Sunday services
- Oversee the production and distribution of corporate gifts for church events.
- Oversee livestream pertaining to Sunday services and events held in Church
- Plan and manage communications budget, together with Ministry Treasurer.
- Coordinate Ministry meetings and prepare Ministry reports, supporting Ministry Chair.
- Nurture and lead volunteers in the Ministry
- Participate in church corporate events and relevant meetings.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least four years of relevant experience in a communications role
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and good command of the English language
- Proficient in digital communication platforms and social media
- Knowledge of design software like Photoshop, WordPress, etc.
