A Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates, building talent pipelines, and facilitating the initial stages of candidate assessment to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing various online platforms, databases, social media channels, and other resources to proactively search for and identify potential candidates who match the qualifications and requirements of open positions.
2. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Reviewing resumes, profiles, and applications to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles. Conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, availability, and alignment with job requirements.
3. Engagement and Outreach: Initiating contact with potential candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to introduce job opportunities and gauge interest in pursuing further discussions or interviews. Building rapport and maintaining communication throughout the sourcing process.
4. Talent Pipelining and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Cultivating relationships with passive candidates and staying connected with talent networks to nurture long-term engagement.
5. Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and candidate requirements. Providing regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
6. Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other tools. Generating reports and insights to track sourcing effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Additional Information:
• minimum 2 years of recruitment sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual & team sales targets
• Leadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets
• Experience in managing a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership capability to develop your team’s strengths and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets monthly.
• Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI Basic) is a must
