- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Salary Range $2700 ~ $3,400 + AWS + VB
- Pioneer (Company transport provided)
Job Description:
- Coordinating and resolving shipment issues
- Communicating efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, trucking partners, and overseas offices to ensure smooth pickup/delivery of shipments
- Ensuring customer requirements are met, customers are updated on their orders, and documentation is accurate and precise
- Ensuring related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent
- Handling all transactions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
- Effectively following up with airlines/overseas offices on any short-landed, damaged, or discrepancy cargo
- Answering customer inquiries and handling customer complaints
- Preparing payment vouchers, verifying vendor costings, closing all shipment files, and filing documents
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or higher
- Knowledge in freight forwarding, import & export procedure and permit declaration.
- Experience in Zero-GST Warehouse.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse
