Responsibilities
- Take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio-visual technical request.
- Support daily AV operations and business.
- Station at client site for day-to-day support as backfill for daily audio-visual operation and event support.
- Assist on setup, trouble-shooting and maintenance works for audio visual systems.
- Compile and analyse weekly report, incident reports, service report submission.
- Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office and client site.
- May require to travel to other project sites as and when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in operations or project support, video conferencing and/or onsite support audio-visual support
- Able to interact well with all levels including clients and working colleagues
- Good communication skills (both spoken & written)
Working hour : 5 days work week (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
