Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees' payroll using Times Software.
- Bank File Preparation: Compile bank files for submission and prepare CPF and IRAS submissions.
- Monthly Reconciliation: Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and journal entries for Finance.
- Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process, including candidate interviews and follow-ups.
- Work Pass Administration: Administer work pass matters such as application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative duties.
- Phone Call Handling: Assist in answering phone calls.
- Participation: Attend HR meetings, company events, and activities.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of local employment legislation.
- Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
