Administrative Assistant

You will be supporting the Office Manager by overseeing routine administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills and build effective relationships, is key to the success of this role. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and operate successfully in a professional and fast-paced environment.


  • Support Office Manager in routine administrative tasks, requiring efficiency, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Manage corporate mobile lines, contracts, and Grab Business/By the Bay accounts.
  • Address administrative requests promptly, prioritize tasks effectively, and organize files according to company protocols.
  • Facilitate vendor invoice processing, manage stationery orders, and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment process, managing employee records, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR policy implementation.
  • Coordinate reviews, employee training, and development initiatives, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Compile and prepare data reports, assist with government claims, and plan employee engagement activities.
  • Support internship and training programs, collaborate with wider alliance HR team on projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
