Our client is a Logistic industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Assistant/HR Manager (Business Partner) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North.
Duties:
- Formulate workforce deployment plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Anticipate future skill needs and advise on resource planning.
- Facilitate organizational restructuring for efficiency.
- Recommend sourcing channels and prioritize critical positions.
- Guide fair selection processes and onboard new hires effectively.
- Identify learning needs and support career development.
- Assist in performance management and talent review sessions.
- Advise on compensation strategies and non-monetary benefits
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and manage labor relations.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Min 5 to 8 years of HR experience
- Experienced in HR technology and applications (eg. SAP SuccessFactors)
