Job Introduction:
Leading the Shipping and Planning teams in the Supply Chain department, collaborating across departments to drive strategic growth plans, manage budgets, and ensure financial stability. Responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, managing budgets and forecasting, and fostering team development to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational functions to achieve objectives and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking in the supply chain to optimize results.
- Ensure maximum supply visibility across markets and oversee stock planning and replenishment.
- Oversee day-to-day supply planning, shipping operations, and job fulfillment for efficiency.
- Optimize shipping and freight activities with cost-saving measures.
- Set goals for improving supply availability and manage logistics service providers.
- Perform data analysis and report metrics in Sales & Operation Planning Meetings.
- Provide strategic direction on risk evaluation, compliance, and adherence.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ERP software, particularly Business Central, is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of managerial or leadership experience, ideally in operations, project management, supply chain, or related fields.
- Proven track record of effectively leading and inspiring teams.
- Experience in budget management and driving operational efficiency.
