Position: HR Executive

Position Type: Full Time, Permanent

HQ Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore (On-site)

Reports to: Finance Manager


The HR Executive will be an employee of Move Repeat Pte. LTD and will oversee all the entities under this holding company across all markets.

The HR Executive will, for all brands – performs a range of administrative tasks to support the various department and facilitate employee-related processes. They will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and providing essential support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases (Infotech)

TEAM & HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Facilitating Onboarding and Offboarding for employees, including filing and maintaining documentation.
  • Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings in accordance to hiring needs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Benefits Administration: Supporting benefits enrolment processes and responding to employee inquiries about benefits.
  • Payroll Assistance: Collaborating with payroll personnel in Finance to verify employee data, address payroll inquiries, and assist with payroll processing tasks.
  • Employee Relations Support: Addressing basic employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and employment terms. Providing general assistance and guidance on HR matters.
  • HR Documentation and Filing: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic HR files, ensuring documents are stored securely and accessible as needed.
  • Warning Letters and Dismissals: Draft and issue warning letters to employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Assisting in the implementation of HR programs, initiatives, or projects such as employee engagement activities, training programs, or policy updates
  • Office Culture: Coordination of team celebrations for HQ department birthdays and tenures.
  • Event Planning: Organizing company events, meetings, or workshops as required.

ADMIN & REPORTING

  • Metrics Reporting: Generating reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee demographics.
  • Staffing Reports: Preparing reports on current staffing levels, open positions, and recruitment progress to support workforce planning and budgeting.
  • Training and Development Reports: Documenting training activities, tracking completion rates, and assessing training effectiveness through reports.
  • Compliance and Audit Reports: Supporting compliance reporting by compiling data related to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Budget Reports: Assisting in preparing related budget reports by providing data on payroll costs, benefits expenses, and other HR-related expenditures.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generating custom reports in response to specific requests from management or other stakeholders to address specific inquiries or initiatives.
  • Presentation of Findings: Summarizing and presenting data and findings in a clear and concise manner for use in meetings, presentations, or strategic discussions.
  • HR Reporting: Compiling and preparing HR reports on various metrics such as headcount, turnover rates, training completion, and other key performance indicators.
  • Cross-functional Support: Overseeing general office needs and support the Admin assistant as and when required, including Administering Corp pass, MOM, MOH and other government accesses
  • Survey completions: both internal and external.

As a Full Time, employee, it is expected that the HR Executive is an exclusive employee of the company.
