As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in understanding upcoming requirements, devising optimal design solutions, and ensuring timely delivery by the team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide strong leadership in guiding teams through the design and development of web applications.
- Offer solutions to architecture-level issues and ensure adherence to Group standards and regulatory requirements.
- Study user requirements, develop specifications, design, review code, and implement systems to meet business needs.
- Manage development/design projects utilizing Java, J2EE, Oracle, JavaScript, Struts, Spring, and WebSphere.
- Enhance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to existing systems for seamless IT system functioning.
Requirements:
- We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- Strong proficiency in JAVA, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, ORACLE SQL, Multithreading, JMS, MQ, and web application development.
- Experience with application servers like Websphere, JBoss, or Weblogic.
- Familiarity with at least one web framework.
- Ability to interpret and write specifications and develop code accordingly.
- Knowledge of Java Secure coding practices.
- Understanding of version control tools such as SVN, deployment tools like Jenkins, and code review tools like SONAR.
- Problem-solving experience with performance-related issues in Java and Oracle SQL.
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud
- Working knowledge of Unix and LINUX OS.
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete software lifecycle.
