Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
- Assist in administrative duties when needed
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or higher
- Able to start work within short notice
- Minimum 3 years experience as bank receptionist/flight attendant/receptionist in MNC office
