Work Location: CBD
Woking Hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Responsibilities:
- To maintain a clean, safe, and presentable reception area, equipped with all necessary materials and offer beverages to visitors in meeting rooms
- To provide excellent front desk reception duties and professionally managing stakeholders internally and externally
- To handle business travel arrangements, including coordinating flight and accommodation bookings
- To take responsibility for postal and courier services, both locally and internationally
- To maintain an adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies
- To verify invoices and provide procurement support
- To provide facilities management support
- To assist with other ad-hoc office administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree with minimum 3years' experience of relevant experience in banking industry
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
