Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective campaigns for shopping mall
- Market and manage advertising and atrium spaces to maximise revenue
- Plan and close monitoring on A&P budget
- Handle customer service team
- Provide good service including managing enquiries and feedback
- Develop and manage digital marketing plans
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business / Mass Communications / Marketing
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a retail environment
- Experience in managing social media will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Creative and a strong team player with lots of initiative and drive
