Job Scope:
· Lead a team of technician for building Facilities related activities
· Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and identify improvement on building works
· Prepare costing, condition assessment and proposal for Corrective Maintenance works before required time frame in contract
· Execute ad-hoc PO works and submit CC before PO need by date
· Supervise sub-contractors work, checks and certify Maintenance Works service reports
· Assist in the event of emergency situation
· Prepare building related reports e.g. incident report, landscape and plumbing & sanitary services etc.
· Any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Posses a Diploma/NITEC in Building or related discipline
· Posses at least 2 years of Building Operations/Properties or facility
· Team and service oriented
· Good communications and interpersonal skills
· Fire Safety Manager certificate will be added advantage
