JOB SCOPE:
Proficiency in Advance Excel such as VLOOKUP is considered an added advantage. The main responsibilities include communicating complex information clearly through technical documentation, reviewing and refining existing documents, and creating flow charts and technical documents to describe standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirement
Good to have 1-2 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office (especially VLOOKUP), preferred experience in application and Day 2 project management, document writing skills (preferably in the banking industry), and the ability to write technical documents.
