Role and Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution, identify the works required based on approved drawing and identify and prepare key installation need.
- Prepare and submit material catalog / shop drawing / technical document (If Any) to the client / Main contractor.
- Ensure the workers and / or sub-contractors are working safely and installation are correct.
- Monitoring the project schedule ensure the work progress is in-line with the project schedule.
- Able to identify installation error advise the proper installation method onsite.
- Coordinate closely with the client / main contractor / others contractors.
- Able to create drawing using Auto cad / BIM (optional).
- Able to prepare and perform QAQC, and T&C for mechanical and electrical system.
- Able to coordinate closely with client and main contractor to work on punchlist.
- Able to update as built drawing after installation are done correctly.
- Prepare and submit project closed-out documents.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields.
- Strong technical skills in both electrical and mechanical systems design and analysis.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Excellent communication nad interpersonal Skill
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
