Job Description:
· Assist to perform accounting and GST work.
· Able to work closely with client and team.
· Coordinating and liaising with clients on accounting matters and queries.
· Always ensuring client satisfaction is managed at its best.
· Duties as assigned by HOD.
Able to complete assignments promptly with guidance.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting, currently pursuing ACCA or equivalent.
· Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts preferably in an outsourcing services environment.
· Proficient understanding Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Singapore Payroll Compliance and Singapore Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) regulations
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Good knowledge of accounting software (XERO Accounting) is an advantage.
· Able to provide guidance and motivate team members to work together to meet deadlines.
· Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks.
