ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, maintain, and enter data into ERP system with high degree of accuracy.
• High attention to detail, strong computer skills with the ability to manage large amount of information and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Coordinate with Operations staff to identify discrepancies or errors in data.
• Manage electronic filing systems.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Certificate / Diploma of any discipline
- Min 3 years of working experience in any form of ERP system.
- Preferred experience in Manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of computer software and general computer navigation.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
