My client is a leading engineering maintenance services provider for over 30 countries internationally. Established for over 20 years in Singapore, they are looking for dedicated professionals to join their expanding team.
Project site location: Jurong Island
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm) & Saturday (8am – 5pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Study design and Mechanical drawings and prepare an execution strategy.
- Plan and schedule the work within the given time frame.
- Coordinate with Construction Manager for all planning and execution.
- Distribute the work scope to all Supervisors on day-to-day basis.
- Preparing of equipment (Pump, Vessel, Etc) erection and lifting plan.
- Preparing of MSRA, micro schedule, look ahead plan, daily/monthly report during construction & T&C stage.
- Provide technical advice and resolve mechanical installation issues on site.
- Ensure the quality standards as per approved plan.
- Co-ordinate with all construction related works with clients on their requirement and arrange required resources accordingly.
- Work closely with the clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.
- Expertise in all HVAC installation and testing.
Requirements:
- Education qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ Mechanical Engineer experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Piping codes and standards from standardization organisations such as ANSI, ASNE, ISO, DIN.
- Comfortable to work at Jurong Island
