We are looking for someone who can:
· Communicate & connects to all the guest providing them an unforgettable dining experience with us.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
· Flexible and able to go beyond the line of duty to maximize customers' satisfaction and meet customers' needs.
· Well verse in our products and services available.
· Attentive to incoming guest via walk-ins, call-ins & online platform reservations.
· Handling of incoming reservations and good control over the daily flow of customers.
· Support the Management of the outlet.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
You should have the following skills that we are looking for:
· A guest-first approach to hospitality.
· Carry oneself with positivity during operational duty and display of good vibe influence to our guests and team members.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Possesses problem solving, motivating and organization skills.
· Passion to work in a dynamic environment.
· Communicate well as both a team player and team leader with good adaptability skills to operational changes wherever improvements are required.
· Able to commit to shift roster - Opening shift to Mid shift or Mid shift to Closing shift.
Operating hours: 5:30pm to 6:00am
