Role Purpose:
The Sales Director for Hunter Sales Team is required to lead the team, drive and strategize the hunting strategy to increase Services pipeline & achieve services target, to increase overall sales revenue in services business. Farmer sales team will be led by existing FSI Sales Director.
Key Accountabilities:
- To lead a team of Account Managers and create new services pipeline in 5 key services focus areas; SAP, ServiceNow, Hybrid IT, Data & AI and Security
- Develop Go-To-Market strategy with Fujitsu’s offering
- Work with Marketing and Alliance team to create new pipelines
- To guide & motivate the team to achieve sales target with alignment to corporate direction
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Fujitsu’s customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Desired Experience, Knowledge & Attributes:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales lead role
- Excellent GTM strategy
- Proven track record in sales performance (achieved or over-achieved sales target)
- Good in interpersonal & communication skills
- Having good connections with management team of customers
- Able to work under pressure of tight timeline & sales target achievement
- Experience in solution & consultative selling approach
