Job Description
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT operations of the company. Provide end-user support and training.
- Procurement, install, and configure computer hardware and software applications within budgets and as per organisation’s standards.
- Manage IT Asset Inventory and proper IT equipment disposal.
- Maintain and manage all IT contracts and renewals, including vendor management.
- Manage and assist in various IT infrastructure migrations.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Provide Information Security training for company employees.
- Assist in maintaining IT Operations, Information Security and Compliance of the company as per ISO/IEC 27001 standard and company policies. Ensure all documentation comply to ISO standards, policies, and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting of cybersecurity measurements (Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, Routers, Network Switches, Antivirus Server/Clients, End Point Security Servers, Wireless Controllers, etc.), and continuously monitor for new cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities to mitigate intrusions, malware, and attacks.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting of Access Controls, Backup Systems, processes, and policies to ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Assist in performing security patch updates for Firewalls, Routers, Network Switches, Wireless Controllers, Servers, Workstations, and Applications.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Preferably with Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Business Information System/IT-related or equivalent work experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability with Can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently with inititative in a team enviroment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Detailed orientated and possess great problem solving skill
- Fast learner and self-motivated to keep up-to-date with new technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot network, server, end-user PC and software issues.
- Knowledgeable in computer network, system, and cybersecurity concepts
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows Domain Environment and Active Directory.
- Good to have 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT related field with 2 years of hand on experiences in server implementation and support
- Good to have support experience and/or knowledge of technology operations within the organisation, e.g. cyber security system, database, cloud computing, network monitoring and maintenance
- Good to have Basic knowledge in Cloud computing; preferrably AWS.
- Good to have Basic knowledge in management of Firewalls, Network Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, etc.
