Job responsibilities:
· Responsible for improving overall machine downtime of plant machineries and contribute to achieve maintenance section/department KPI
· Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on plant machines
· Maintain & update of all breakdown records promptly
· Identify root cause of the problem and provide counter measures
· Monitor, maintain and conduct monthly stock check for critical machines’ spare parts
· Liaise with machine agents for repair or maintenance of machines
· Calibration and verification of machine equipment
· Test and maintain machine safety systems in good condition
Requirement:
· Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
· Good machine trouble shooting, problem solving skills
· Good knowledge of PLC programming skills
· Self-disciplined, independent, and able to work under pressure
