Job Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Compelling Solutions: Master the art of persuasive presentation and tailor-made solution design for our esteemed clients and partners.

  • Strategic Sales and Marketing: Implement dynamic sales and marketing strategies to cultivate a rich pipeline of potential clients, consistently driving business growth.
  • Innovative Brand Enhancement: Pioneering fresh approaches to elevate sales, marketing endeavours, customer interactions, and brand visibility, staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving market landscape.
  • Proactive Opportunity Pursuit: Vigorously scout for sales openings and leads, seizing every chance to connect with potential clients and propel business forward.
  • Customer-Centric Multitasking: Championing a customer-first ethos while adeptly juggling multiple tasks, ensuring every client interaction is met with personalised attention and professionalism.
  • Market Mastery and Support: Conduct thorough market research, becoming a subject matter expert in geographic nuances, mortgage intricacies, policy dynamics, and more. Collaborate closely with HQ to synchronise efforts and amplify marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly within the realm of foreign property, is advantageous. However, local sales experience will also be considered for candidates showcasing exceptional talent and drive.
  • Language Proficiency: Command proficiency in both English and Mandarin, facilitating seamless communication with a diverse clientele base.
  • Tech-Savviness: Navigate CRM systems adeptly for efficient record-keeping and reporting purposes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Proficiency in Office Suites: Display proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), essential tools for crafting compelling presentations and reports.

Job Details:

  • Working Hours: 5 day work week, with occasional event attendance
  • Location: Based in the vibrant heart of the city
  • Zero Cost: Join our team without any upfront expenses & leads will be provided
  • Renumeration: Basic $2,000-3,000 + Commission
