1. Create, delete, reset and suspend user's ID of operating system (eg. Windows, Linux, etc.) and application per approved change request.
2. Comply with instituted workplace securities at customers' premises.
3. Provide accurate and timely reporting daily
4. Review and update ID admin documentations where required
5. Participate in IT audit by providing information and documentation in a timely manner and achieve SAT audit rating.
6. Perform level 1 support & troubleshooting for ID related problems.
7. Perform tasks assigned by line manager and be always contactable.
8. Issue pin mailers and answer phone/email enquiries from institution users.
9. Perform labelling, ID revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner.
10. Perform Privilege Authorization Revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner.
11. Perform timely escalation to respective support team where necessary.
Key Objective:
* Ensure all tickets are closed on time
* Create / Remove IDs as per the agreed SLA
* Set good example to the team on taking responsibility and how to execute it with less supervision.
Preference:
* working experience in Active Directory
* Experience in desktop support is an advantage
* Able to work on day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Flexible with locations
* 5.5 day's per work week
